Find Dave's Cave - Tempo Terms
I'm always looking for fun ways to teach my piano students the musical terms. And when I find activities they can do independently - AWESOME! This digital game is great for both online and in person piano lessons.
Your students only need the link. That takes them right to the game. They do not need a google account, or a password, or an email. They only need a device that can access the internet.
In this game a dragon named Dave is lost and can't find his cave. Students help him get back to his cave by correctly matching terms to their definitions. Along the way, they earn letters. To finally get Dave to his cave, they must unscramble their letters to spell a musical word.
This game uses these tempo terms:
Largo
Andante
Moderato
Allegro
Presto
Ritardando
This game is self-checking, and only correct answers will allow them to advance.
Includes:
29 pages
PDF that contains an active link to the game. (Keep this pdf in a file folder on your computer so you can reuse it anytime you want.)
